The production line for lamps is a system of modern equipment and technologies. It consists of several die-cast machines of large, medium and small sizes with all the hydraulic components imported from the USA. Among them, the horizontal cooling chamber 1600t die-cast machine has a max. die-cast area up to 800 x 1600mm with the dies-cast weight of each chamber reaching 31 kg. The spray coating chamber of flexible combination has the imported KCL spray devices, computer control, automatic temperature control and the combustion machine imported from Italy.
The recycling length of the drying chamber may reach 150m, allowing several hundred pieces of products to be hung and processed at one time. and capable of fulfilling pray coating of different colors and in different layers.
The lamp pole manufacturing production line has a large bending machine with double lamp linkage and balance valve control, with a pressure of up to 1,000 tons. The length of the lamp pole formed in one time is more than 16 meters, and the bending thickness can reach 18 mm. It can press round poles, square poles, tapered poles, plum blossom-shaped poles, etc. The pole ratio can reach between 8-17%, and other special shapes of steel poles can be customized according to customer requirements.
The lamp pole spraying production line sprays, burners and advanced hot air circulation systems. The spraying color can be selected according to customer needs, with more than 180 colors available.
